Terms and Conditions
By making orders through our Online Store, we assume you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
The Customer undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of sale described below.
This document solely represents the binding terms and conditions. Any other terms and conditions mentioned in any other document is not binding.
Customer accepts that TONES MEDIA may amend and/or update these terms and conditions at Tones media’s discretion and without prior notice.
Order processing and delivery
For your convenience we have designed our Online Store so that you can place your order any time, including weekends.
Orders should be placed and payment method selected through our online store. Once payment is cleared, we will start processing the order immediately.
Delivery will occur within maximum 3 business days after order(s) processed.
Business days are Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding all statutory holidays.
Orders placed after 5 p.m. in any business day, will be considered placed in the following business day.
Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control including without limitations, weather conditions.
Delivered goods may be returned within 14 days after delivery assuming original package is not damaged and the merchandize is not used.
Defective printing media can be returned within 3 months of delivery date.
Defective display accessories can be returned within 6 months of delivery, assuming the defect is not a result of misuse.
Delivery Charges and restocking fees may apply on returned goods, unless the goods are proved to be defective.
Prior to return, a request to return must be submitted via email stating the details of the item, date of purchase, invoice number, condition of the goods (defective, or non-defective), and reason of return (optional in case of non defective goods).
Once you send your request to return, please allow 2 business days to process your request.
After we process your request, we will send you a returns confirmation number, which must be sent along with the returned item(s).
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verified its condition, we will return your payment within 5 business days in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
Final sale items and special order items are non-returnable.
For your convenience we have included several payment methods on our Online Store including payment by online credit card, cheques or cash on delivery.
Our online payments are processed through Shopify Payments (Canada) Inc. powered by Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd.
Product Liability and Warranty
The liability of TONES MEDIA under these terms and conditions shall not surpass the replacement value of the product causing such liability.
Under no situation shall TONES MEDIA be held liable for any claims including without limitations to any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, loss of business, or loss of goodwill related to the use of its products.
Expected product durability stated are subject to many variables including without limitations storage, weather, and application conditions. Accordingly, claims against product durability will not be accepted on individual failure cases.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the appropriateness of the product in relation to the intended use.
Tones media reserves the right to change prices without notice.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario Canada.
